Beam Clamps

Beam Clamps are devices that clamp onto a structural steel beam for applications such as lifting, support and rigging.  They connect components to the steel without the need for drilling or welding, thus making it easier and quicker to install.

These types of connections can temporarily or permanently attach pipework, flooring, conduits and roofing materials to the flanges if I-Beams.  They can also be used to create joints between beams.

The action of the clamp is either spring steel or screw-set.  They can support both horizontal or vertical loads.

Screw set clamps are hand tightened, with an additional quarter- or half-turn performed by tools. Spring steel clamps attach with deformable steel that is hammered into a secure connection on the beam. Additionally, some clamps are designed for beam flanges of a specific thickness or shape.

The Beam Clamps that we offer are Hot Dip Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:2009.
