Channel Beam Clamps can temporarily or permanently attach utility conduits, pipework, flooring or roofing materials to the flanges of  I-beams. They can also create joints between beams.  The clamp action is typically either spring steel or screw-set.  The clamps can support both horizontal or vertical loads.

Galvanised coatings prevent oxidation of the protected metal to create a longer-lasting finish. It does this by forming a barrier and by acting as a sacrificial anode if this barrier is damaged.
