P1218 Internal Connectors

P1218 Internal Connectors c/w M6 x 12mm Screws are designed to join lengths of Unistrut or equivalent channel together.

As the name implies, a coupling can be thought of as a device that joins two shafts together at their ends. When couplings are installed and maintained properly, maintenance time can be reduced and maintenance costs can be reduced as well. By connecting two shafts together, the power from the first shaft can be transferred to the second shaft, eliminating the need for multiple components. This reduces the number of parts that need to be maintained, resulting in lower maintenance costs.

Pre-galvanized sheets are sheets that have been uncoiled and passed through a reducing atmosphere prior to being immersed in the galvanizing bath for a relatively short period of time. Upon withdrawal from the galvanizing bath, either an air knife or a mechanical wiper is used to remove any excess zinc in order to achieve a good finish on the surface of the metal.
