allthread rod connector

allthread rod connector – these are used for the secure joining of two lengths of All-thread rod.

Allthread rod connectors are similar to coupling nuts.  They are threaded fasteners used to join two male threads.  The outside of the connector is typically hexagonal in shape and needs to be driven with a wrench.  These are used to make up long rod assemblies from shorter lengths.  They are often used in threaded rod assemblies where each rod is of a different size, in which they tighten the rod assembly inward, or press the rod assembly outward.
