Eyebolts

Eyebolts otherwise referred to as an eyelet, and are available in a range of sizes from M10 x 80mm to M10 x 300mm.

Packing washers between the shoulder and load surface will ensure the eye bolt is firmly seated.  Ensure the nut is torqued correctly and 90% of the threads are engaged with the receiving hole.

Compared to standard eyebolts, their longer length makes them ideal, and their tapered, yet sharp end makes it easy for them to screw into wood.

Depending on the application, these may pivot or swivel.

Properly used eye bolts will provide a safe and secure point of attachment for lifting hardware and rigging.

Affordable, versatile, and easy to install, they are a great choice.

Commonly used as anchor bolts in masonry applications.  As a result, versions that form their own anchor bolt are quite common.
